shipping & delivery
Since we are located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Post Expedited is used for shipping unless otherwise noted. If the order is headed to the US, USPS will take over the delivery once it crosses the border from Canada.
Orders are shipped within three days of being received. Momento Perfumery is not responsible for delays during shipping. We will make every effort to fulfill all orders quickly but delays during shipment are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

At this time we only ship to Canada and United States.
holiday shipping
In order to ensure delivery in time for the holidays, all Canada Post and USPS orders must be placed by December 10, 2022.
returns & exchanges
Our fragrances are all handmade to order. Nothing is done in large batches and therefore we are not able to accept returns or exchange products. But please contact us right away if you have any problems with your order. We accept cancellations up to 24 after the order is placed.
